No need to comment on which is one of the most widely used search engines. There are SEO websites on the net which will actually charge you for submitting to Google... WHY ??? Google lets you submit for free!

Its just as important to submit to Yahoo as it is to Google. Yahoo is a pretty popular search engine and user interface for email and such. Yahoo also prioritises websites differently when searching. You may be ranked low Google but top of page one on Yahoo.
